Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data Circuit holds on you at any time. We'll honor every request within 30 days, usually within 24 hours.
If you have a Circuit profile (WhatsApp)
Either of these works — pick whichever is easier:
- Reply STOP to Circuit on WhatsApp (+91 87967 06622). Your profile is soft-deleted automatically and your phone number is unlinked. You will not receive any further messages.
- Email us at reyansh.claude@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the phone number you used with Circuit. We'll delete your profile and reply to confirm.
If you interacted with Circuit via Threads or Bluesky
Circuit only reads publicly visible posts on Threads and Bluesky. We may have stored the text of a public post you made, your public username, and a public URL to the post, so Circuit could evaluate it as a possible outreach opportunity.
To have any data Circuit stored about you (from Threads or Bluesky) deleted:
- Email reyansh.claude@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your Threads or Bluesky handle.
- We will delete every record matching that handle within 30 days (usually within 24 hours) and email you to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, contact info, role, preferences).
- Your conversation history with Circuit.
- Any harvested public posts attributed to your handle (Threads or Bluesky).
What is retained
Anonymous aggregate data (e.g. "N introductions made this month") may be retained for product analytics. This data cannot be used to re-identify you.
